Using spreadsheets and other various disconnected systems has made it difficult to know which members are taking advantage of various programs and offerings.  This information is important in developing future strategies and also giving attention to members who may not be realizing the benefits of Technology First.  A web-based CRM system has been implemented in order to track member involvement in each event and offering from Technology First.  Also included in this system is the ability to create and execute on various marketing campaigns Technology First is now has visibility on all member activity and involvement within their organization.  They are now able to produce comprehensive reports on the activity of each member  over any given period of time.  They can also formulate strategies and campaigns on gaining new members as well as membership renewals
